Description
âBarbed echoes of yesteryears, remnants of forlorn murmursâ…
Beyond borders, with wings of embrace, the ache of yonder churns to awaken a sapling of hope. Bloodied hands, torn by thorns, blooming petals of flame of the forestâĻcrimson roses aflame. Reawakened, the radiant laughter of adolescence unfurled. Amidst the waning wind of war, a white dove drifts, in hues of serenity.
Seemana Charaye is an anthology of Chronicles on ‘No Man’s Land’ curated by Kahhak Publishers depicting the stories surrounding ‘Enclaves’ known in geographical terms, ‘Enclaves’ are areas that can most easily be described as sovereign pieces of land surrounded by another entirely different sovereign nation. Each state of a country officially recognises these enclaves but remains un-administered because of their discontinuous geography. Enclave residents are described as ‘stateless’ because they live in zones outside of official administration – since officials of one country can’t cross a sovereign frontier into the administered territory. Every enclave has a story of its own, portrayed by the literary works in this title.
